What to Expect

This class combines breath work and physical movement to help regulate the nervous system while gently building muscle strength, flexibility, and balance. You’ll be guided through postures held for 3–5 breaths, encouraging deeper connection to your body and breath.

Each session ends with a short guided relaxation, leaving you feeling calm, refreshed, and centred.
