Looking to improve your balance, mobility, and strength in a fun and supportive environment?  Join our Gentle Exercise Classes – a well-established group that’s been running for over 15 years at the Dorothy Parkes Centre!


Led by the amazing Saba, who’s been guiding the group for more than 8 years, these sessions are perfect for older adults and people with disabilities of all ages.

  • Enjoy lively, low-impact routines to music
  • Includes seated & optional standing exercises
  • Finish with a relaxing cooldown
  • Make friends and boost your confidence

Thursdays: 1pm – 2pm
Fridays: 10:30am – 11:30am
£4.50 per session
