The Christmas Fayre when the snow came down and every other place closed apart from us and we saved the day for so many children

What’s your top tip for someone visiting the centre for the first time?

Embrace all we have to offer and enjoy a good cup of tea

What’s your go-to drink or snack during a busy day?

Tea or sparkling water

What’s a hidden talent or fun fact about you that most people don’t know? 

I switched on the Christmas lights in Birmingham with my band and played in front of 10,000 people

What’s your favourite way to spend a weekend or day off?

With family and friends or a good round of golf

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?

Finland/Lapland, it's beautiful and it's my favourite place
