We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Uplands Manor Primary School for their wonderful contribution to our festive celebrations. The children created beautiful Christmas cards, which have been given out to visitors to the Centre - a lovely reminder that someone is thinking of them this Christmas. Not only did the children brighten our community with their thoughtful cards, but they also took the time to visit our Gentle Exercise and Places of Welcome groups to hand-deliver the cards in person and share the joy of the season by singing a few festive carols. Their kindness, enthusiasm, and warmth brought so much joy to everyone they met. Thank you to the children, staff, and families of Uplands Manor Primary School for sharing your time, creativity, and Christmas spirit with us. You’ve truly made this season extra special for so many in our community.

 

 

Thank you to Nicole South and all the students at Ormiston Forge Academy who have set up a project called “We Will Care”. This project is student led with pupils fundraising to enable them to support older people in Sandwell. This week they have donated two lovely hampers, packed full of treats for The Good Afternoon Club to enjoy afternoon tea. Thank you for this wonderful treat. We wish you all a very Happy Christmas.
