Centre News Archived News Our Open Day was a Success! event was full of energy and community spirit, with something for everyone to enjoy. Families and visitors were welcomed by friendly mascots, the uplifting rhythms of African drumming, and a warm, inclusive atmosphere that truly reflected the heart of our centre. A big thank you to Aairon from Food for Thought CIC, who prepared and served free, delicious, healthy snacks, proving that good food really does bring people together! We were also lucky to have Emma from Artistic Air, who delighted children (and adults alike!) with face painting and glitter tattoos — adding sparkle and smiles all around and support from Matthew Inniss from Fitnniss who provided mascots and African drummers. This wonderful day was funded by SCVO’s Vision 2030 Small Grant, and we’re grateful for the support that made it possible.
